QSmooth

QSmooth is a smoothing algorithm for quasar spectra I developed while working on QSANNdRA. It aims to recreate a smooth continuum fit which preserves the full strength of the quasar emission lines, while disregarding any absorption features.

QSANNdRA stands for Quasar Spectra from Artificial Neural Network predictive Regression Algorithm (don’t ask me how this acronym came about).
